Centennial Center

Exhibit Hall

The Exhibit Hall consists of the main floor and the Mezzanine Level.

The main floor is 56' x 111' for a total of 6,445 square feet with a maximum capacity of 430.  The main floor also offers a permanently installed dancefloor surface that is 32' x 32' (1,024 square feet) as well as a small kitchenette.

The Mezzanine Level is 20' x 111' for a total of 2,995 square feet and a maximum capacity of 200.

Cooking equipment i.e. stove and oven, are NOT available in this facility.

Centennial Center

Upper Level

The Upper Level consists of the Blue Room, Kitchen and wings on North and South of the Blue Room.

The Blue Room is 29' x 31' for a total of 899 square feet and a maximum capacity of 60.

The Kitchen is 6' x 29' for a total of 174 square feet and includes a refrigerator, a freezer, a sink, an ice machine and a concession stand style counter and window.

The Wings are 17' x 41' and are 697 square feet each (x2).

Pioneer Hall Lobby

The Pioneer Hall Lobby is an open lobby area that can be used for meetings or classes.  Total capacity is 60.

Restrooms are available in the facility as well as tables, chairs and other equipment.

Palace Theatre

The Palace Theatre can be rented for Theatre production use as it is equipped with a stage, or as a meeting/classroom space.  The space (not including the stage) is 29 ' x 35' for a total of 910 square feet. Maximum capacity is 144.

The Palace also has restrooms inside the facility.

Slow cookers or warmers are allowed in the facility to accommodate a dinner either catered or provided by the user group.

The First Presbyterian Church

This church was built in 1904 and was the first church in Fairbanks.  It was originally located at 7th Avenue and Cushman Street in Fairbanks and was moved to Pioneer Park as part of the A-67 Exposition.

The Church is still used regularly for Sunday services as well as rentals for weddings and small events.
